Victor Ortiz, the 24-year-old WBC Welterweight Champion, was honored at a private party at Watermark On Main in Downtown Ventura Wednesday night, May 18. Nicknamed Vicious Ortiz was anything but, as he mingled with guests and accepted the Key to the City of Ventura from Mayor Bill Fulton.
